This 9-day off-road adventure combines breathtaking natural wonders with unique cultural encounters, from yurt stays under the stars to the centuries- old tradition of eagle hunting.

Itinerary

Day 1.Arrival in Bishkek & Ala-Archa National Park

Arrive in Bishkek and settle in with a city sightseeing tour. In the afternoon, explore Ala-Archa National Park, a striking alpine gorge of glaciers, pine forests, and rushing rivers.

Day 2.Bishkek → Karakol

Drive along the north shore of Issyk-Kul Lake toward Karakol. Stop at alpine lakes and gorges for short walks, coffee breaks, and mountain views. Overnight in Karakol with warm local hospitality.

Day 3.Karakol → Altyn-Arashan

Take an off-road Soviet vehicle into the wild Altyn-Arashan Gorge, surrounded by spruce forests and snow-capped peaks. Enjoy thermal springs and a short mountain hike before returning to Karakol.

Day 4.Karakol → Jeti Oguz → Barskoon → Bokonbaevo

Visit the legendary Jeti Oguz red cliffs, hike to Barskoon Waterfall, and continue along Issyk- Kul’s south shore. In Bokonbaevo village, witness a thrilling eagle hunting demonstration on the open steppe.

Day 5.Kel-Suu → Naryn (Horse Riding + Drive)

Journey into the mountains to Song-Kol Lake, stopping in a traditional village to learn felt-making and share a home-cooked meal. Spend the night in a lakeside yurt camp, immersed in nomadic life.

Day 6.Song-Kol Lake → Naryn City

Morning at the lake with optional hiking or horseback riding. Later, drive over a dramatic mountain pass into Naryn, the gateway to southern Kyrgyzstan.

Day 7.Naryn → Kel-Suu Lake

Travel to remote Kel-Suu Lake, nestled in a rugged valley near the Chinese border. This spectacular turquoise lake, surrounded by cliffs and glaciers, feels like a hidden world. Overnight in a guesthouse or camp.

Day 8.Kel-Suu → Naryn

Take a hike around the surreal landscapes of Kel-Suu, then return to Naryn in the afternoon, passing through sweeping highland pastures.

Day 9.Naryn → Kok Moinok Canyon → Bishkek

On your return to Bishkek, stop at Kok Moinok Canyon, famous for its colorful sandstone formations. Conclude your adventure in Bishkek with a farewell dinner before airport transfer.
