Itinerary

Day 1. Bishkek → Burana Tower → Song Kol lake

Day 1 — Journey to Ysyk-Kol Lake

• Begin your trip with a visit to Ysyk-Kol, the famous “Pearl of Central Asia.” On the way, stop at the ancient Burana Tower, where you’ll explore the historical minaret and its open-air museum.

• Continue toward famous Kyrgyz Bread Caffee

• After lunch, travel east along the stunning southern shore, with wide views of the lake and snow-capped mountains.

• In the evening, wander through the colorful Fairy Tale Canyons—an ideal place for photography and short hikes.
Arrive in Bokonbaev Village for dinner and overnight at a cozy guesthouse.

Day 2.Issyk-Kul Lake-Song Kol Lake

Day 2 — High-Altitude Adventure at Song-Kol Lake

• Start the day with an optional eagle hunting demonstration, where a local berkutchi will explain the traditions and techniques of training a golden eagle.

• Travel to Kochkor for lunch, then continue your ascent over the scenic Kalmak-Ashuu Pass (3,400 m), enjoying spectacular mountain views and dramatic landscapes.

• Arrive at Song-Kol Lake in the evening. Relax, take a walk by the lakeshore, and settle into your yurt for a peaceful night under the stars.

Day 3. Song Kol Lake → Bishkek

Day 3 — Horseback Ride at Song-Kol & Return to Bishkek

• Begin your morning with an easy horseback ride along the edge of Song-Kol Lake. You’ll pass herds of horses and yurts and, if you prefer, ride up the surrounding hills for elevated views.

• After lunch at the yurt camp, start your drive back to Bishkek via the dramatic Tuz-Ashuu Pass, stopping for panoramic photos of the pastures and mountains.

• Once you descend to the main road, continue to Bishkek (3–4 hours), where your tour concludes.

  • Horse-riding route and duration can be adjusted based on comfort and experience.
