• After lunch, travel east along the stunning southern shore, with wide views of the lake and snow-capped mountains.

Bokonbaev is slightly inland. If you want to stay directly by the lake, let us know—lakefront yurts are available.
• Start the day with an optional eagle hunting demonstration, where a local berkutchi will explain the traditions and techniques of training a golden eagle.
• Travel to Kochkor for lunch, then continue your ascent over the scenic Kalmak-Ashuu Pass (3,400 m), enjoying spectacular mountain views and dramatic landscapes.
• Arrive at Song-Kol Lake in the evening. Relax, take a walk by the lakeshore, and settle into your yurt for a peaceful night under the stars.

Eagle hunting is a demonstration using explanations and props; real hunting on horseback is only offered in winter.
Yurt camps offer modern comfort, but if you prefer a more traditional/basic lifestyle experience, we can arrange it.
• Begin your morning with an easy horseback ride along the edge of Song-Kol Lake. You’ll pass herds of horses and yurts and, if you prefer, ride up the surrounding hills for elevated views.
• After lunch at the yurt camp, start your drive back to Bishkek via the dramatic Tuz-Ashuu Pass, stopping for panoramic photos of the pastures and mountains.
• Once you descend to the main road, continue to Bishkek (3–4 hours), where your tour concludes.
