Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. Availability, services, departure dates, prices, and group sizes must be confirmed by our team in writing.

Prices and payments

Prices, inclusions, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and any applicable deposits are provided in your individual quotation or booking confirmation. Do not make a payment until details have been confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the confirmed itinerary and supplier commitments. Please review the specific cancellation terms shared with your booking before paying.

Travel arrangements and responsibility

Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, applicable visas, personal medication, appropriate equipment, and suitable travel insurance. Mountain travel is subject to weather, road conditions, safety considerations, and local circumstances; routes may need to be adjusted.
