Tour Plan

Day 1: Kochkor – Kyzart Pass – Kilemche

After a hearty breakfast, set off towards the picturesque Jumgal Valley, where your horseback adventure begins. Upon arrival at the starting point below Kyzart Pass, you will meet your knowledgeable guide and skilled horsemen. As you ride, traverse the expansive Kyzyl-Kiya jailoo, a breathtaking sea of lush grass that stretches endlessly before you.

Continue your journey over the majestic Chaar-Archa Pass (3,061 m) into the stunning Chaar-Archa Valley. Here, enjoy a delicious lunch at Kilemche jailoo, with the awe-inspiring sight of the sacred 4,400 m Baba-Ata Mountain towering in the distance. The landscape resembles a vibrant, hand-woven carpet, with shades and textures as intricate as the traditional shyrdak felt carpets of Kyrgyzstan.

As the sun sets, enjoy dinner in a cozy yurt, where the warmth of the hearth and the glow of lanterns create a truly magical atmosphere.

Day 2: Kilemche – Jaman Echki (Song Kol Lake)

Awake to the crisp mountain air and savor a delightful breakfast. After a briefing, mount your horse and embark on a breathtaking trek toward Song Kol Lake. Today’s journey includes crossing the Jalgyz Karagai Pass (3,400 m), where panoramic views of the shimmering lake will take your breath away.

Upon reaching Jaman Echki, you’ll be welcomed into a traditional nomad’s yurt camp, where lunch awaits. Spend the evening absorbing the tranquil beauty of the surroundings and the vibrant culture of the nomadic lifestyle.

Day 3: Jaman Echki – Kumdu Suu (Song Kol Lake)

Today, dive deeper into the enchanting semi-nomadic culture as you continue your exploration around Song Kol. After a leisurely breakfast, saddle up for a day of adventure. Enjoy a leisurely ride, and after a few hours, you’ll reunite with a local family for lunch under the vast, blue sky.

In the afternoon, take part in a special training course with your horses, enhancing your riding skills while surrounded by stunning scenery. Dinner will be served in your yurt, where stories and laughter fill the air.

Day 4: Kumdu Suu – Tulga-Tash (Song Kol Lake)

After breakfast, embark on a ride toward the historical site of Tulga-Tash, known for its ancient stone altars. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch amidst the stunning landscapes, where history and nature intertwine.

Later in the day, indulge in a relaxing hot shower in a handmade bath, refreshing yourself after a day of exploration. Gather around the evening fire for dinner and share tales of your journey under the starlit sky.

Day 5: Tulga Tash – Tulpar Tash (Song Kol Lake)

Start your day with a hearty breakfast, then saddle up for a ride along the picturesque shores of Song Kol Lake. Experience the freedom and wilderness of nomadic life as you observe local herders tending to their livestock.

Along the way, you may have the chance to taste kymyz, the beloved fermented mare's milk, a true delicacy of the region. Enjoy the stunning views and the vibrant flora that surrounds you

Day 6: Tulpar Tash – Jaman Echki (Song Kol Lake)

On your final day of horseback riding, journey along the sparkling shore of Song Kol Lake. Arriving back at Jaman Echki, enjoy a delicious lunch in the yurt camp. Afterward, take the opportunity to swim in the refreshing lake with your horses—an exhilarating experience that you won't forget.

Spend your last evening enjoying a farewell dinner in the yurt, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the warmth of camaraderie.

Day 7: Song Kol Lake – Kochkor

After a final breakfast surrounded by the majestic mountains, begin your journey back to Kochkor. Cross the scenic Kalmak Ashuu Pass (3,400 m), where the breathtaking landscapes provide a fitting backdrop for reflection on your incredible adventure.
